In September I was lured into trying this site like all the other complaints. I tried it with no real success and then called and canceled the account. The account was not cancelled and over the next couple of months I was charged $29.63. I called again in December and explained the situation and and also said I wanted a refund. After dealing with the arrogant individual for over an hour I agreed to a 50% refund. I waited and still no cancellation and no refund. I called again in January and spoke with a lady and the same promises were made. This time I did not settle for 50% with exception of the first month. Everything was agreed upon. Again I waited a again no change. I called again and recorded my call with the gentleman on the other. Again it was agreed upon that I would get a full reimbursement with the exception of the first month and cancellation. Needless to say I was just charged again for $29.63. The total now is $296.30. I have tried again to contact them with no success. I emailed them this time and am awaiting their response. To people interested in trying the site please do not do so.
