I ordered a dress on 24th January which never arrived, my function came and went so I told them I wanted a refund - now its 18th July (yes nearly 6 months later) and they won't send me a dress or refund my money. I have sent and receieved rubbish replies to almost 300 emails and as my dispute was raised more than 45 days after the so called purchase paypal can't help. Furious!
