I made the order and didn't receive any email confirmation which I thought was strange. I can see the order on their website and have contacted several times but have not heard anything back and the phone number they supply is a dead line.

Wait....I've just this minute received an email with the details of the order. Must be a good thing, but I still don't know if I'll get the stuff given I've heard of other people waiting for months and getting nothing.

It seems I was panicking over nothing - it arrived the other day. A lot quicker than I had expected, so actually excellent service.
