l noticed that money had gone out of my account - on inquiry l was advised that it was taken by the abovenamed company and given their phone number by barclays bank. l contacted them as l had not applied for any loan and the was told an advisor would be in touch in a few hours. Someone phoned me and advised that in March 2011 l had applied for a loan at 4 am. l asked how much l had applied for - £1000 l was told - l had not applied for any loan so l was told if l wanted a refund l should write a letter. l have since written two letters which l sent by recorded post but they have been returned with a Royal Mail stamp saying refused. l have already complained to my bank as l feel a bank which just pays out money willy nilly like mine did must be part of the scam as this has happened twice this year. l am yet to get a response from my bank. LLoyds Tsb will not pay out any large amount without seeking authority from the customer and this has saved me a lot of headaches but my current bank does not seem to care (they think money grows on trees)
