Did a change of address on line. I started on this web address. "www.usps.com/umove/. It looks very much like an official U.S. Postal website. I figured it was safe to use with that address. The site stated the cost was $1.00 for a change of address. I proceeded to enter my credit card info. It was declined 2 times. I decided to use another computer in my house and went on the same site. My card was finally accepted. Later that day I checked my bank account on line and discovered a 19.95 charge from a company called, "ChangeMyAddress.com". It also listed an Ohio telephone number. 937-654-9093.
