I found out today that we were scammed by this company. We moved almost one month ago, and I was waiting for my forwarded mail to arrive for over three weeks now. Today I called the post office. The worst part is not just having to pay $19.95, but this company totally mishandled my request, since I have not received any mail since 06/29, which was the forwarding request date. Instead, USPS now has my request on file with the forwarding date of 07/24! almost one month later. I still have the confirmation email from 06/29, with the right date. What happened to all my mail??? Eventually I called this company, and they said they had a server switch problem, and that's why my request got delayed, and that they would give me a refund, but the damage is done, who knows where my mail ended up for the last one month. They had USPS logo on top of the confirmation email, I did not suspect that anything was wrong! And the fee that they charge is totally hidden, you don't know until it shows up on your credit card. I went to their website, trying to find the disclaimer about their fees, it can only be found in the legal notice, which usually nobody reads. This is rip-off!!! And I might even need credit protection now.
