BUYER BEWARE OF JOSH REYNOLDS AKA ARTHUR BEALE AKA ART BEALE – HE IS ON FELONY PROBATION FOR FORGERY, LARCENY, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DRUG SALES

Someone named Josh Reynolds and a guy named Matt Jr or Ron (who I later found out are all really Art Beale) called me about a month ago regarding money I lost using my credit card. He told me that because the company that contacted me was fake, there was some kind of law or something that gave me the right to get the money back. He then convinced me to pay him 30% of what I lost in order up front to get what turned out to be bogus paperwork to submit to my bank. I did just what he said and my bank mailed me back my stuff saying it was wrong and basically worthless and that I was ripped off again!
This Josh Reynolds, Matt Jr and Ron ( Art Beale) said he was with US Consumer Services and then said he was with Allstate Management and it turns out that they were fake too! I knew I should have checked on him when he called. At any rate, my family lost $4000 to Art Beale aka Josh Reynolds, aka Matt Jr aka Ron. He changed his phone number and the email he gave me has been cancelled. My lawyer, who is currently tracking down Art Beale so we can sue him, says I could have done everything for FREE. All I can say is stay away from this guy. He is a several time convicted felon who somehow got probation according to what my private investigator discovered. He is living in the Phoenix area but when he called me, he had an out of state number. My investigator thinks it was some kind of number you can get on the Internet. Anyhow, my attorney says that if you are contacted by Josh Reynolds or Matt Jr aka Art Beale, you should call your local FBI office and the Arizona Attorney General’s office. Both places are looking for him. And if you don’t want to do that, at least don’t do business with Josh Reynolds, Matt Jr or Art Beale. Once a convicted felon, especially for fraud, forgery and larceny, there is no reason to trust him.
