Dear Sir,
I got a call from landline no. of 01130209050 of Roozgaar Services on 22 July 2013. The customer care offered me services of Resume xplode at INR1500. I was agreed for the payment of INR1500. After the transaction of INR1500, Mr Jaspal (Mobile no-8459078827) told me to click on for another services for creating reference which was showing the transaction amount INR14,041.6. He said fill all the card details. I told that it will deduct the amount from my card. He said that he has blocked the traction from his side. So, it will not deduct amount. He said that offered services of Resume xplode will not be completed without this process. I did that process and my card has been debited by INR14,041.6. When I said him that the amount has been debited then he told me that it was server problem. Now he is telling that he has sent mail for cancelation for the transaction. After the transaction, he told me that he has arranged a call from head office for verification and guided me to tell that I am going to avail the service. He instructed me that don’t talk about cancelation of transaction. After one verification, I realized that mr. Jaspal is making me fool. He is now telling that it will take 15 days for reversing g the transaction. I have asked for VOID sleep but they are not co-operating with me. Strange thing happened dated 25 July 2013, when I got a call from mr. Mohit with same mobile no. 8459078827 at 4.47pm. And he was telling to do the same thing.
I have already called HDFC credit card department and blocked the credit card and disputed the transaction. Please register the FIR against the organization and against Mr. Jaspal.
