Was prompted on facebook to trail the product at a cost of £1.99. There was no information regarding any further costs or anything. I paid the £1,99 by Debit Card and never recieved the product. I have now been scammed to the tune of nearly £82 and I am absolutely livid. They have absolutely no right to touch my bank account without prior notification of doing so, whether product is recieved or not!!
