I ordered a free trial on 19th June with only charges for shipping which was $9.95 and the product was delivered after three weeks. I still didn't get a chance to try it and the package remains unopened.

The surprise was the new second transaction in my credit card statement which have taken $84.78 after one month on 21st July and when I called them they told me something about an enrollment fee which I did not know.

Have asked for a refund (mentioning that I can return the product) but after seeing the complaints made by others I feel that it's hopeless.
