It sounds like I have just been had. I too saw their ad on Craigslist List, and my lease on the house I rent now is going expire and I am looking for a place closer to my work and place I could actually call home. I work hard for my money and can't afford to drop $200 just like that. I'm angry and heartbroken at the same time. I can't believe I got sucked in, it's criminal to prey on people who just want a place to call "My Home" instead of paying ridiculous monthly rent that is more than a house mortgage. I will attempt to get my money back, but it sounds like from what I have read here that that isn't going to happen. CRAP.
