I am having a saving account wiyh HDFC Bank ltd. in Mumbai. During enquiry with customer officer, HDFC bank, I come to know that some unknown transaction was performed on 24th June 2013 and my account was debited Rs.5922 by Info: PUR/ OLG*LEARNAUCTION /855-352-3740. I had not made such payment either by cheque or on line for same I visited branch and submitted progressive dispute letter for enquiry and hence its my request to see the matter . Please refund the quoted money back.
