I found out that my credit card had been charged an item on new zealand online shopping which I didn't order anything. What can I do?already called my bank and it shows the total amount and name of company which is nzsale.Can I detect the person or where the shipping address goes?thanks.

My friend advised that shipping address would be useless because even if I found ship address it doesn't mean that the owner of address is the one did it
