I pre-paid for my Softbank Iphone 4 unlock and when they said it was available I paid in total 119 pounds. On June 6th after a lot of complains they finally canceled my order due to not being able to unlock a 32GB device, only 8 and 16GB ones. Since then, I am waiting for my refund but I did not get it yet. They might be successful to unlock certain models but they should honor a refund as explicitly committed when they cannot.
