was charged for purchases that were not authorized by me. these charges are under investigation by the law enforcement community in my county. Someone used my identity to setup an account with this company. when we called about it they said they would have to investigate it and decide if they would refund the money. we told them that the user name was not mine and that i have never used that user name, that it might belong to my brother-in-law. i want my money back as it is desperately needed for medications to keep me alive.
