This website claims to transfer funds between paypal and skrill. I was in need of a quick solution but found out this is a fake.
Paypal and skrill both do nothing about this sadly enough.
The person behind this scam should either turn this in legitimate business or be prosecuted!

Samuel, send the funds back and we will remove the complaint. Not any sooner. Payback requests have been made on several occasion. Customers are simply fully ignored after payment is made.

I am an user also, i can only tell one thing. This service is trusted. I have successfully exchanged a lot of times from this website.
By the way, you are telling you sent them 15 USD. which is not the minimum amount.
That is why you are having issues i think.
