Purchased the download of VirtualPilot3D on 19July2012 and paid extra for the CD's, whereby on arrival they were stickered showing items as non returnable and non refundable. This was not made clear to me beforehand. I contacted VirtualPilot3D and have case tracking ID 8X99WSRW66 whereby I was liaising with 'Terry' who acknowledged I was experiencing problems with the program and wrote 'I will have this ticket number forwarded to the Refunds Department to process your request' that was on 23Aug12. The money was taken by Sapphire Marketing Inc ([email protected]). I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing this flight sim progam from VirtualPilot3D as the program does not run and the joystick (which works fine with FSX) does not work. I can't believe I got scammed when they had gone to a lot of trouble to issue instructions and sending World Scenery and Main Program discs overseas. No doubt 'Terry' and his colleagues have done a runner with my money!
