We had entered into a contract for import of 200MT Pet Coke Powder. We had paid 20% advance and balance amount was to be paid against documents thru Letter of Credit. Documents were taken delivery after making balance payment. All the documents submitted were fake. Shipping line had confirmed that bill of lading under reference has not been issued by them.
