I bought two wibledon ticket from easysports on 1st of july 2013. The ticket price when I bought from online was shwing £1539 and they gave me a receipt of £1539.But they charge me £1839 and they are saying that exchange rate is change thats why they charge me 300 pound more.
There customer service is awfal. We almost miss two hours of game , I had to call them so many time to find out where my tickets are. They gave me the ticket at the last moment. Still now I try to call them so many time about my 300 pound but the guy in the customer service very reluctantly answer the phone. Its been one month they are not gonna do anything I am sure.
