I bought a tablet for a friend, it was horrible quality, it died after 2 hours.
I said that I didn't want it, they refused to give me a refund even when the conditions of the product WERE NOT as advertised.
They sent me on a wild goose chase, a lot of back and forth negotiating with the manufacturer who rarely got back to me and refused the refund to. I finally got tired and agreed to get a replacement tablet, that died after half an hour.
Now they refuse to respond to me.
