Very similar to previous complaint. Was phoned by a telemarketer, promised all these discounts and I was very clear with them and kept them on the phone for 1/2 hr while my wife tried to google if it was a scam... Couldn't find anything at that stage so went ahead. Since then it has been I nightmare, I tried to cancel and even sent a few emails but they kept quoting the cooling off period even though the details were not mailed out immediately leaving no time to cancel. I tried the extended right to cancel but they said that they had met all requirements by law. None of the numbers worked... Have since tried to actually use the vouchers (since we are stuck with them) but there is no saving at all... A total scam but can see no way of getting money back...
