Phone number, given by Mac support, supposed to be for Microsoft help but highjacked to VTechsquad. My experience exactly the same as reported by others. Now settings changed and computers no faster. When I asked where they were located they replied Palo Alto, yet everyone I spoke with had strong India accents. Seemed strange that would be the case for all employees. The price quoted was $599.99 but the amount billed to my credit card was $399.99. I immediate;y stopped payment and blocked any further charges from VTechSquad. I also reported this fake number to Mac people.
