Here i have provided all the information i have on this company i hope that you will be able to investigate this further. It seems that with a-lot of peoples complaints they have failed to notice vital information that is not given on any of the associated sites. I have copies of all website pages and information including all terms and conditions of associated sites.

My first email to them after many phone calls.

I am contacting you today in response to a previous order and conversations from 16/05/2013 TO 04/06/2013.

As i have attempted to contact you via telephone with no responses from a higher authority regarding this matter with in your company or companies, this will be my first email regarding details of a order i had made via your website and previous conversations with advisers at muscle core / and androsolve.

Im am deeply disappointed and angry and the level of customer service, product delivery, product service and information provided by your company(s), Website, and terms and conditions

In placing my order on your website i was conducting my self in an agreement to the terms and conditions and purchase of a free trial product as shown and describe only as muscle core x, I am assured under your privacy policy statement that all details and information provided my my self the purchaser, that all information is used in accordance and believed to be honest and trusted.

In proceeding with the product shown and stated with in your website and terms and condition i made an order for a free trial (1 bottle of muscle core x supplement) at a shipping cost stated after purchase at the rate of 2.49GBP. Unknown to me at this time two payments were debited from my account one of which was shown as androsolve. At the time i believed this to be an error on your part until i received notice of two payment for two different products for a full amount of 69.95GBP and again for a second product 69.95GBP! one of which i never ordered nor did i know the existence of this product. After contacting my bank i was told that theses payments had been debited from my account and provided me detail of both debits.

In the mean time i had received my package for a free trial bottle of muscle core x supplement but in my package i find a completely different product seen as androsolve

I proceeded in contacting your company via telephone to find out what has happened to the product i ordered and why i have been charged to two products and received the wrong product. When speaking with your advisers after arguing my case i was presented with information informing me that i had purchased two products and not one i found it not only difficult to communicated, repeating my self many times not understanding or being understood by your advisors for which the english appeared very poor. I was eventually disconnected.
Feeling angry. I called again to try an resolve this issue . Again faced with communication problems i proceed in trying to talk to Your advisors and with a disregard to my situation your advisers proceeded in questioning what i have ordered. After repeating my self on many occasions protesting against the order i had made i was subjected to an arregent and ignorant manner. At this point i can only express my anger in the service provided and was eventually disconnected Again! with persistance after many calls and trying to communicated with your advisers i was able to present my situation. With understanding one of your advisors they was eventually able to assist me in providing a refund of 50% and having to accepting the wrong product! At this point feeling angry and tired dealing in this situation, I accept in what i can only describe as feeling as tho I have no choice but to continue with the purchase of the product. I receive a refund and await the product i initially though i was going to receive. It is now the 4th and i still have no product! not only do not know whether i will receive i do not trust i will receive it !

So today i prepare my self what i am about to endure by contacting you yet again about this product. Not only am i angry at the fact that my information has been subject to miss use, as a customer i am lead to believe that my information will be safe and used in a manner of which is not only stated in a privacy policy! but should be used in accordance with law!. For me this is a disgrace and complete negligence of privet information and of your customers.

I am deeply saddened by what i have been subject to so far. This is not only been stressful for me but i am discussed in the way that this has been dealt with so far and will continue in taking this further if my request for a full refund if this is not provided to me.
I do not wish to receive any of your products nor will i ever be buying products for you again!

After contacting you today via telephone and again subject to what has been stated above, I had been denied information in which i have legal right to obtain but after persistence i am eventually understood and provided what i had asked. I will be contacting all companies involved with your products. In saying this i was still unable to speak to anyone with in higher authority which i find to be cowardly as it seems that no adviser will provide information of such people. In all my life have i ever been denied this and
I find this be absolutely discussing that none of your higher authority have the guts to deal with there customers!

It is clear at this point that there is only disregard for personal information, bad communication, fraudulent use of information, disgraceful customer service and negligence.
This is only what i can describe as way beyond what i have even had to deal with.

I can only hope now that i receive a full refund and compensation for the cost of calls made to your company whilst trying to make my complaints. I will be provide you with copies of my phone bill highlighting the calls to you.
