On 7/9/13 I made an Internet order for a Panasonic Lumix DMC LX 7 camera for $289.99, I received an e-mail to call and verify the purchanse at 888-871-1256. The person I talked too said the camera was only shipped with a 20 minute battery nd tried to sell me an additional set of batteries and then criticized me for not purchasing them. He told me waht a great camera I had purchased and that it would arrive in 12-19 days. When it did not arrive by 7/22/13 I started calling and e-mailing. My calls either went ot voicemail or I had to listen to garbled music and did not get an answer. Twice I got a live person but they switched me to a voicemail as soon as I mentioned I was calling about an order. I have not received a response to any of my 4-5 e-mails either.
I am going to sent a cancellation e-mail and also see if my bank can do anything regarding the transaction.
