Back in the middle of June I was informed by my bank of a charge made to MoneyWarehouse of roughly the equivalent to $27. I contacted them to have it refunded. In reply to this query I received a generic email explaining I will need to complete and redeliver a refunds form to them. A month and two emails angry emails later I receive nothing from them. I send them a third email explaining the issue has been ongoing for two months; again, I was sent the generic "fill this form" email. I done this three times in the course of three months.

A couple of days ago I informed them any such further ignorance from them I will seek legal advice. Again, I receive a generic email. After replying to this I noticed the email was sent back to me with delivery failure notices - the email address they use no longer accept incoming emails.

I have been sending their customer services emails of this situation, however, it has proven impossible to keep up a discussion with them on the matter.

Today I have just finished a lengthy email telling them of my refusal accept their ignorance anymore and to complete the form a forth time and if the email is ignored with yet another generic email I will take the matter to court.

This issue will be going to court if I'm ignored one more time and I will be expecting far more than the amount they took from me for immorally causing stress to myself and thousands of other people. This issue has also been reported to various news outlets.
