Buyers Protection Group company is a scam. I purchased an extended warranty from them when I bought my kitchen appliances from homeeverything.com. Homeeverything.com, which is out of business now, steered us towards BPG when they sold us the appliances; I would not be surprised if both of these companies coluded.
My 2 year old Samsung refrigirator needs service and I have called BPG many times already. Either I keep leaving a message and no one calls back or the voice mail is full. Since I live in the NYC area, I went to their 2 listed addresses on Avenue of the Americas and Broadway, but there is no company that exists by that name.
I cannot take them to a small claims court since there is no address to deliver the court papers. I will report them to the BBB and try calling the attorney general's office.
