I purchased a motorcycle from these people and immediately started noticing issues. I was told there was some type of warranty and as it turns out the warranty doesn't cover labor. I noticed something funky right away when I took it for warranty work. They requested a $50 diagnosis fee immediately and the quoted amount of time for labor is very high. I know that I can switch the clutch out in 20 minutes on my own. I cant understand why it would take two hours or even one hour. When I got the bike the transmission had a slight grind when engaging first or second gear. Today it went out completely and now I cannot shift at all. I've only had the bike for a month and a half and I am looking at nearly $1000 in repairs. I tried to get them to at least fix an oil leak that this bike had since I left the lot. They supposedly changed the oil and did not put a crush washer on the drain nut when they did this oil change. An oil change is not rocket science how do you forget to put in a 50 cent crush washer when all you do is motorcycles. I tried to get them to at least fix the leak on the drain nut. They still wanted the $50 diagnosis fee even though they forgot to put the washer in. This did not include the labor costs either so this was going to be a very expensive 50 cent washer. Honestly the push for customer service is really just all smiles to get your money. Once they got it they don't give a $#^* about you. I also will note that they gave the bike to me with a bent brake lever and said it was cosmetic and they were not going to replace it even though this seriously affected the performance of my front brakes and compromised my safety. Currently I am looking to have my entire motor swapped for another as I found out that I also have at least two cylinders with bad piston rings and thus I am burning oil and losing power. This was a 2000 dollar mistake and I wish I listened to my family and went with a new bike. Due to insurance issues I can only ride bikes and this is more then an inconvenience for me. This is affected every aspect of my life right now and I am very disappointed in these people and their company. As it turns out they are well known by other shops for screwing people over. They even changed the company name because of the bad reputation they had. Unfortunately the name changed and the service stayed the same. I would at least like to get my $200 "service fee" because its obvious they didn't do much in terms of service especially if they couldn't put a crush washer. I also figured I would also share a friends experience. A buddy of mine bought a scooter from them and it had threads sticking out of the rear tire, and some issues with the carburetor. He came in to complain and after extended fighting with them they put on another used tire on his scooter and told him they put a new one. He came back the next day to complain about the carb and tire issues and they pulled out a tazer on him. He called the cops and when the cops got there, none of the employees could figure out how to use the dvr so they "couldn't" show the cops the surveillance video. These people are criminal avoid them at all cost, and if you do come there bring your concealed and turn your camera on because they have and just might pull a weapon on you if you get to pushy.
