I was working on my computer and a message popped up that my computer was infected with the Zeus Trojan virus I contacted my internet provider Yahoo and was directed to Liz web solutions which said they could resolve the issue for about 400 dollars for 4years but for 628.99 including government tax they would install software and remove the virus and be protected for the 6 years. I agreed without reseaching them and later found out that I could download a anti-virus program for less than 100 dollars that would do the same thing. They ended up working on my 2 computers from their site and did install a program called clean sweep. I feel that I was overcharged by at least 500 dollars without a written guarantee that I would be protected for the six years.
