UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGE OF $24.95. CALLED THE 800# LISTED ALONG WITH THE TRANSACTION ON MY STATEMENT. "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WOMAN WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE; INSTEAD SHE WANTED PERSONAL INFO (WHICH I DID NOT GIVE) & TOLD ME IT WAS THE FEE FOR AN ONLINE DISCOUNTS MEMBERSHIP. I TOLD HER I DO NOT AND HAVE NOT EVER BELONGED TO ANY SUCH ENTITY AND AGAIN ASKED HER WHO WAS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THIS TRANSACTION. STILL NO ANSWERS FROM HER; INSTEAD SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I THREATENED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. WOW.
