Dear sir,


I am referring to my recent purchase with www.longchampbagswomen.com and my order number: 20130715125111-1972te5-326 is referred.




I placed an order for two pieces of authentic Longchamp bags from the above website that claimed to sell only authentic Longchamp products at USD124.35 on 15 July 2013. They took 15 days to shipped over the goods to me. Though the color and style looked alike, but there are poor quality replica products made in china. I wrote to complain to the merchandiser on the day i received the goods.


The merchandiser claimed this is not their fault but their shipping agent has wrongly packed my order and therefore i got the wrong items. The merchandiser refused to make any refund to me and they were even trying to trap me for paying more in order to have my order reshipped over to me.


I have copied you my emails with the merchandiser since a week ago for your reference. I am here to lodge an official report with you as i have most of the evidences to prove to you that this merchandiser is operating a scammed online business. They are actually the agent of some replica goods manufacturers in china mainland but provoking them selves as selling authentic branded products online. And you have been selected as a payment device of their illegal business.


you have been seeing as supportive to their scammed business. I could have thought carefully before my order is placed if the website does not display the list of reputable payment agencies they have engaged. I am very disappointed.


I am intended to take this issue to my local credit card company, Citibank today for their investigation.


I hope you could see this matter seriously before letting any irresponsible partner to ruin your reputation further and causing damages to your business operations.
