Ordered a Nikon D3200 and a couple lenses on 7/23/13. The next day I receive a voice mail to call and confirm my order. I called their toll free number and spoke to Scott. He confirmed my order and went on to sell me several more items...which I really did need. He said I would receive shipment in 7 -10 days...I corrected him saying his website advertised expedited 5 - 7 day shipping if any two accessories were ordered...he said "oh yeah, you're right" thought that a little odd but thought no more about it. My total order was now $878.99. August 2nd comes and I am starting to worry. I call and ask about my order and am transferred to "shipping" which is just a VM. I leave a VM asking to call me and I needed an updated email with the additional items I ordered over the phone. I am really getting concerned about this company but decide to give them a few more days to either respond or get my order. August 8th I call them again...on hold for 30 minutes no answer. I then decide "No More". I called my credit card company and explained to them what a horrible company this was and had them do a charge back. Thank God I didn't use cash or Paypal! This company seems to exist just to scam people. Wish I had done a google search on them prior to my doing business with them. Would have saved me a lot of wasted time and aggravation.
