My dad is in Rotorua medical ward,this morning I have rung 4 times to try and talk to him.1st time phone rang out after 5 mins,so I try again,2nd time temp nurse don't no how to transfer me to patient fone,she ended up hanging up on me,3rd time I hung up after waiting 6 mins for someone to answer,and I'm ringing from Australia. Come on staff please answer the fone.
