I received call saying computer had been hacked and they worked for windows for 15 yrs. My computer had been acting up and I believed them (after asking many questions). They proceeded to fix the computer remotely and took approx 3 hrs, as I sat in front of the computer and watched. They called back after we had hung up. Most of the time I was on the phone with them. Phone number is 1-866-539-8674. I am not sure what they really did. Am I entitled to be reimbursed?
