So i go to withdraw my money on the 7th august. it clearly states on the website that within 96 hours you will receive your money via Paypal. however, it is now the 13th august, and after 5 emails to them, I am no closer to knowing where my money has gone. I have contacted the cashier support 3 times, and each time i get the exact copy&pasted email reply saying they will pass me onto the financial team. the financial team may as well not exist as i have had no contact or anything from them. Reading the other complaints all over the internet about similar cases, i just can't help but feeling the same is happening to me and i will never get my money that is rightfully mine. I feel that VirginGaming is a scam, and something seriously needs to be done about them ASAP.
