I had been having a bad connection with my service user and after several attempts at contacting them the matter was resolved by their engineers. A few days later I received a phone call, the asian sounding man informed me that their company fixes problems for all service provider customers and would be able to sort any problems on my pc. My Pc was running slow and with all the problems I had been having regards connection problems, I listened to this mans convincing sales patter and decided to take the offer of £144 that would cost £199 after vat, I disputed this and was told that I could have it for the original quote of £144 lifetime cover for my Pc including any laptop I may have or purchase in the future. I gave my card number and let their engineer clean up my pc using remote support. Now in Aug 2013 my pc is running slow so i decided to contact QuickPCHelp. Their website does not exist, the phone number I was given that says I can contact them between working hours 8am-11pm Mon to frid is dead and there is no way of contacting this company
