Phone call from person claiming to be from microsoft and my computer needed fixing.He installed windows7,which turned out to be counterfit and a anti virus program also counterfit.I gave him control of my computer and checking account and they withdrew $599.00 for their service.I contacted BBB Houston and have been trying to get a refund.Karyon said they would send a refund,they lied.I am still working with BBB but I dont believe it will do any good.I contacted microsoft and told them what had happened and they said they did not work with karyon and it is a scam.next step will be to file a complaint with a couple of federal agencys.This company is very dishonest and will scam you.DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Update: 08/14/2013
I gave you the wrong date it was June 9,2013,karyon charged my checking accounts 3times. 1 check for 350.00,1 for 150.00 and 1 for 99.00.The programs they installed are counterfit and the serv ice they did completly ruined my computer.
