I responded to their FREE trial wherein you just pay for postage and receive a sample. I had not received the samples but noticed a total amount of A$200 had been charged to my credit card. I phoned them in the USA and they said I have to cancel order within 14 days for no charges to be made to my credit card. I informed them that I had not received anything. I requested that they credit the amount to my credit card otherwise I will take further action. 5 days later the items arrived. I phoned them again as the amount had not been credited. Then checked out scambook and see that Pure Berry Max is a scam.....should of checked it prior to requesting samples! I read that other customers were continued to be debited for goods that were being continually sent to them so I immediately phoned my bank and cancelled my credit card.
