I got a quote from hello totem online to sell my iphone4 s 16 gb for $185/ a day later somebody called to say they will up the quote if I send the phone immediately to $195/ which I did on July 22 nd 2013 . I did not hear from them for more than a week even after my repeated emails , finally on Aug 5 th I got an email to say they got my phone but they have to revised the quote & will only pay $80/ . I sent them email saying I don't approve of the quote & to send my phone back. My phone is in mint condition with not even a scratch on it.To this day I have not received my phone back even after repeated emails from me. I don't have any phone number to call them please help. I don't know what to do.
