I booked 2 tickets for my children at $487 one way. That was ok. After waiting for 30 minutes for my confirmation email I called them. I finally got my confirmation. While I was in the phone I asked questions about how much carry-on costs would be. I was told nothing. I also asked how much it was going to cost to put my children on the plane unsupervised. I was told $50. Today I called to verify with Frontier how much everything was going to be and was informed it would cost $70 for 1 carry-on each and $100 to put them on the plane. I was also informed that the tickets would only be $372 through Frontier with no carry-on fee and only $50 to get them on plane. I then called cheapair.com to ask why they lied about boarding costs. I was told that there is nothing they could do and that everything was nonrefundable. The customer service was atrocious. They did not care about overcharging or lying to me about the cost before I paid for it. After I paid there is nothing I can do they said. Never use them they are a scam!!!
