Received a telephone call from OnLine Platform Management (telephone 01612127432) regarding a Google listing, saying our business had paid £299 for a Google listing last year and an annual renewal fee was now due but they could quote a reduced price. We did not pay any sum to this company last year although the person on the telephone was most insistant that we had and the renewal fee was now due!
