Said to be charged a $1 fee to change my address and without warning $19.95 showed up on my c.c. When I called their customer service number he told me it was a membership fee and that he could only refund me $5. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one on duty. How so many customer representatives can work without a manager on duty is beyond me. Anyways I told him it never notified me there would be a $19.95 charge he said yes on the page where you actually put your c.c. info. Not on the page before it. So I went back onto the site and got to the c.c. page and this is all it says "For your security, a valid debit or credit card must be charged $1.00." Then in fine print on the button before you hit submit it says "By clicking the submit button, I verify that the information in the orange "Your Information" box above on the right is correct to the best of my knowledge.
I also understand that my card will be charged $1.00." I am so beyond frustrated, why wouldn't USPS shut this scam of a website down?
