Jayanta Roy also known as Jay Roy or Jayant Roy along with his partner Tushar Patel have started scamming people in the name of providing payment gateway solution. They have registered multiple company to scam people ECom World Payments Pvt Ltd and Voice & Technology Pvt ltd, Roy Associate, ECom world payments llc. They asked for heaving setup fees. They have developed this fake CRM and claim that they have tie-up with Banks directly. Till date they have taken approx 20,000,000 INR from local in the name of investment and are missing from Pune.
Jayant & team has asked the company to process sales on their payment gateway, however they are absconding after not paying any of the company after months of chase. It was also discovered that they have asked for huge investment from locals in Pune and approx 20,000,000 money was collected and finally the team is absconding from Pune.
It is known that they are operating from some other place and still continuing to do the scamming business. They have done a similar scam in Ahmedabad earlier, please check this link (Content Removed)
