In april of 2013 I received a call from Aaron Cox. He said he was a third party Home preservation specialist work on behalf of my lender wells Fargo to speed up the process of my Load Modification. The fee was $3,495 which was paid on June 7th 2013. I received prelimenary documents detailing my worked out modification. I was also advised of a government program paying off the portion of my under water mortgage balance. The last time Aaron Cox called me he said I was only waiting on the finalized documents from my lender which was due by July 19th 2013. As of August I have not heard from Aaron Cox.
