The company harassed us about this bill we did not signed up for The first time in February of this year. The fact is, they asked for my husbands name. My husband has nothing to do with the advertising accept when I consult with him about it. Then we decide if we're going to or not. In this case we did not.
They call you six months to a year later and except you to remember. There was no contract sent to me or anything, but we continued to get harassed. My husband knew nothing of it and would never agree to anything like that. He just doesn't deal with advertising. This is a small business and we are mostly word of mouth and referrals .
They caught my husband on a vulnerable day and he sent them a check dated 02/07/13. After 6 months they decide that was easy lets go harass them again and get some more money out of them! They called and called and called, I went to the bank, the bank manager looked up the check I sent in dated 02/07/13, she called the number a lady that answered the phone didn't even know who the company was. Then we found out they are all linked to Rapid Pages. The signature on the back of the check was a computer generated written name with Your Yellow Pages and an account number under it. They got my husbands name off the check who they harassed. I would of been on the contract not him.
Now they are harassing us again for the same thing six months later. I am reporting them to the Attorneys General Office, BBB, and the Justice Department.
