I too got loan options off the net phoned them spoke to a girl called Jessica I asked her why £64.76was taken from my bank account as I thought it was only taken as I was told , when a loan was finalised she said I had to write to customer service Cardiff asking for a full refund this I have done no reply ....... What a surprise ,
