I purchased RIFT gold. After payment they started to ignore me on livechat and emails. After few days i started dispute at paypal. THEN they conntacted and said they have gold and i need to close dispute to get it. Because of not so high costs i risked and i did it. After confirmation of that fact they just ignored me again.
