I ordered this product on June 24th. I understood that I would receive a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn’t satisfied with the product. I used two bottles which didn’t perform as the company said it would. I called the number that was given for customer service on my order (855-888-5873) on August 26th, 2013 @ 1:25 PM EST and spoke to Diane and asked for my money back guarantee. I was given two options. First of all I could only claim money back on the unused bottles. I paid $148.00 for five bottles. Any bottles that I returned would be charged 5.95/bottle for a restock fee. So if I returned 3 bottles @ 29.60/bottle plus a restock fee of 17.85 I would receive back from the company 70.95. Subtracted from that would be my shipping expense when I returned the product.

Option two was they would credit my account in 5-7 business days a total of $29.60 and I could keep the unused bottles.

I didn’t get a person who could speak good English; it was very difficult to talk to the person. The whole conversion was very frustrating and only discouraging. I was reminded several times that I didn’t read the advertisement carefully regarding the return policy. I was really smoking when I got off the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone; in fact I don’t know what the company name is. The bottle says: Manufactured Exclusively for: Green Coffee Extract. The email receipt says that my charge will show up on my statement as: 8669130767HELPMESLIMDOWN. The return address on the shipment was: Jupiter – Green Coffee, PO Box 912642, St. George UT 84791.

On top of all of this I received an email that I was charged $9.47 for Raspberryketone @ Nutrition customer care? Fortunately as soon as I saw that charge I called up immediately and told them I didn’t want what they were selling and not to send the product or charge me. As it turned out I called in time and the charge was removed.
