International boundaries
Never received the king size mattress due to company giving the shipping company incomplete details. Spoke to shipping company who confirmed this. They want to charge me more money to resend it and are refusing to refund my money back including shipping costs. Keep getting the run around. I've now got to go elsewhere to buy a another mattress from elsewhere. Not interested in resolving the issue. Also, not acknowledging that they are at fault. So regardless I'm out of pocket. Very disappointed.
