Went on the site to delete my info. So they upgraded my account without my permission. Buy the way it is supposed to be free so why the charge. E-Mailed to cancel and e-mail said 5 to 15 business days to refund. There charge put my account in the negative and got charged a service fee from my bank. Called FreeLifeTimeHookUps told them to give me money back cancel the account and delete my Debit card info. They said they would delete my account but refused to delete my debit card info they would just block it. Also filed a complaint with FTC. There is no way for the consumer to delete there account. You have to pay them to get on the site to delete info.
