I signed up for a free trial for 4.99 shipping. Later I checked the small print and saw that it was an auto enrollment for an 89.99 charge per month for auto shipping product. I cancelled my membership and took a picture of the cancellation page with my IPad. On the cancellation page it clearly states that they will not charge you anything from the cancellation day forward. A week later they auto withdrew 89.99 from my acct. i went back to the website and dialed the customer service number listed there. The employee (who cannot speak english) informed me that was ot their product. I said it I was calling the number from the same page as the product and he said too bad, not their product. I called back again got a different employee who gave me the same scam line only this time he said call your bank make them reverse it. I am notifying every entity that protects Americans from this kind of thief. I am calling my bank to report this a a fraudulent charge that was not authorized and I am changing my credit card to make sure they do not have my acct number for the future.
